how on earth am I going to cope!

My 2 year old has been sleeping awfully at the moment getting up in the night and getting up at 5! Im exhausted and struggling to stay awake how on earth am I going to manage a new born and a 2 year old on no sleep feeling so down and to top it off my oh is still asleep in bed! x

I wish I had the perfect answer - but there isn't one

However you will manage, there may be tears and you will sometimes have an off day but you will cope. Just focus on when things go right and let the bad days go over your head.

Tell your oh to get up and help...

We had a stage of that with our kids when they were 2...
Trick was tough love...
Give em lots of stimulation before bed then put em to bed and every time they cry leave them for 5 mins before u check on em or if they get out of bed and come to u you need to walk them back to bed and put em to bed immediately and don't sit with them or let them sit with u or anything... Within two weeks he was sleeping the whole night.
