I've been expressing milk for the last few days to build up a stash in the fridge as I'm off out tonight & want to make sure there's a beaker of milk for LO if he wakes while I'm out.
If he doesn't wake, is it ok to freeze the milk or should I use it asap instead as I started expressing a couple of days ago? I know it'sbest to freeze it quickly, but is it still ok to freeze some time after expressing if it's been stored in tge fridge?
Also, if I take it out of the fridge when I go out this evening (LO doesn't like it too cold), would it be ok to put back in fridge Or freeze it a few hours later when I get home if he hasn't needed it?
