How to see how many views your thread has

How do you see how many views your thread has. I see people saying they can see their thread has x amount of views.

The counter serves no purpose.

If a person checks the thread 3 times for a reply the counter will go up 3, if you change to the next page the counter will go up, if someone refreshes the page for new replies the counter goes up, guests, google etc.

You can't view view count on mobile versions of the site, only desktop I've found. Maybe change to desktop view?

I'm on my desktop. I'm using Firefox though...does that make a difference?

What's strange is that I responded to a post and they said that 100 or so people had viewed and only one person posted. So maybe some people can still see that tracker?

Ooh. The only place I can see views now is if you search for threads and it appears on the right hand side of the search results. It tells you the number of replies and the number of views.

You actually CAN see the number of views it has had...if you go onto your profile and view all the posts you have made, it lists all the individual replies you have made to threads and on each one it tells you how many replies and how many views that particular thread has had It was taken off the main forum agesss ago but you can still see it this way doesn't really serve much purpose though?
