My LO goes to sleep quite easily. How do you tell when your LO has had enough sleep?? Would love to know how other mothers judge when to pick their babies up...

I let Anna sleep for as long as she wants - only ever woke her up for feeds in the first month.

I think if they are napping and sleep a bit more than the usual 1 hr then they must need the sleep.

I have always just let her sleep/nap as much as she wants and it has never affected her night sleep.

I always know when to put her down for naps but just leave her to it - hope that makes sense.
:flower:

I wait til she wakes up herself, which in fairness is probably before she has had enough sleep as she is rubbish at staying asleep without a boob present.

He's never had enough sleep and I never wake him up. He wakes himself.

I've only recently starting waking Megan up as she is wanting to nap too much during the day & then wants to party in her crib at 3am! This is just starting though. When she was younger I let her sleep & it never affected bedtime.

I just let her sleep whenever she is tired & wake up whenever she wants to xx
