I know what you mean as i wanted to name ella - caitlin but everyone around me said it was what all *chav* mums called there daughter. I dont think so by all means, its a lovely name and i love it to bits, so i stuck with Ella even though i wasnt 100% sure with it.. Of course i am now though!

Do what YOU want ( and of course your OH wants) its your child! Good luck x

I agree with everyone...its your baby and no matter what name you pick someone somewhere will hate it. You should name your baby for you and your OH and no-one else. Plenty of people couldn't get their heads round the fact that we wanted to call our little girl Lilia-Bella and they said she should just be called one or the other and that it is too much of a mouthfull...obviously we didn't listen and every single one of the people that hated it now love it and say that it really suits her so if i can give you one piece of advice its to stick to your guns. Everyone melts when they see this tiny little person and every name seems cute when its related to this cute little baby.
I really like the name Russo so think just go for it!!
