I have Photoshop and Paint Pro 9 on my comp. I cant figure any of it out for the life of me.

How did you girls learn? How do you make siggys?

how do you get the borders and stuff. Like when people request bob the builder or ladybugs or teddy bears. How do you do that?

you can get the characters from google hun, then use PS to 'cut them out'

I use a combination of programs, only using CS4 to cut out and do text effects, oh and animated siggys.

I use The pro version of Lumapix to create most of mine.

You can get free kits via google too...just google 'free digital scrap kits' and download and save them to your PC. x

I use photoshop for my photo editing business...

I am a great fan of the orginal CS2 so I don't use anyother one.

I went to college to study graphic design and from then I taught myself everything else.

The only thing that I suggest is to go through google for hints and tips but you can't really teach someone photoshop its more of a learn and do it yourself kind of program because its soooo big!
