Not strictly speaking a meet, but I am organizing an event to raise funds for Children in Need. It's a taster parent child swimming lesson, in Frederick Holmes school hydrotherapy pool in Hull, on October 18th, between 4:00 PM and 6:00PM. All proceeds will go to Children in Need.
We want as many people as possible to come and try a parent/child swimming lesson in this wonderfully warm pool! There will be games and play activities, as well as other advice, all by a very experienced swimming teacher, with an ASA parent/Child swimming qualification.
A minimum voluntary contribution will be asked for - (not more than you would pay for entrance to a normal swimming pool - we need to do some research on that!) but you will be able to leave more if you want to! Details will be announced nearer the time, but if you would like to come along, would you PM me please, as if there are huge queues, pre-booked people will have first priority.
