Hypnobabies...

hi, I'm 32 weeks pregnant & I am having another Home Birth,
this time I'm looking into using Hypnobabies.

But there are so many CD's out there I can't work out which one(s) I need to buy for leading upto the birth & the actual birth in itself.

I haven't been to any classes, But I would still like to use Hypnobabies as have seen/heard so many success stories with it.
Has anyone used Hypnobabies, could you give me some info as to what CD to buy?

I couldn't find any local classes to go to

So I bought the tums2mums home study pack after a recommendation on here, I'm only on week two and have listened to a few of the mp3 and have found it great so far

I did hypnobabies and loved it. I took teh class but they have a home study course...I think it is like $170...I can't quite remember!

Done with the homestudy course and in maintenance now. Love the course! I love feeling in control of my body, feelings, emotions and fears!

I did the home study course that was purchased directly from https://hypnobabies.com/store/shop.php?pid=49&sid=1&cid=1&start=0. It gives you a breakdown week by week. But hurry! It's like a 6 week program and you'll want to be done by 38 weeks. It's about $145, but sooo worth it. The rest of your pregnancy will be so much better and you'll learn so much.

I'm due any day now and I'm so excited to use my hypnobabies birthing tools!

I ordered the Hypnobabies home study kit from their website too. I am 32 weeks and we're on our 2nd week of the program. So far I like it, but there is definitely a significant time commitment, and I always seem to fall asleep.
