feeble i dont think thats quite what she meant though i agree people are bound to have discussions it is a bit depressing for your lighthearted im excited to know the gender thread to turn into a debate about abortion. also some posts (though im sure not purposefully) seem to suggest her doctor has no idea what they are talking about whcih will also but a dampener on the news.
I must have missed the debate... and surely it is quite reasonable for people to suggest its too early to know the gender?
One woman suggested that she had been told the gender at 12 weeks and it had changed at 20!! I would certainly not want that to happen to someone else and would share.
the fact is, there is no 'rules' about what people can share and what people cannot share... there are (i thought) clear guidelines why the gender wasnt given so early... which have been mentioned sure but there has hardly been an out of control arsey debate about it all.
no out of control debate no. maybe that was the wrong choice of words on my part.
you seem to be quite angry about this so im going to leave it here. I was only trying to be emphathetic to how the origional poster may have been feeling.
I can't tell from the pic because it's not a leg shot, but I say boy just because! and yes, it is possible. It is clearly visible at this point on good u/s machines. I'm an ob nurse and have seen many, including my ds, very clealy at 12/13 weeks. And yes, sometimes people canbe wrong!
