I think I'm in shock and can't concentrate at all at work today! It's not just me is it?!

My first response test from this morning! I can definitely see a second line!

My 5 year old has been BEGGING me to have another so that she can be a big sister, how I'm going to keep this from her until a 12 week scan I've no idea as I feel nauseous already!
