TMI but I've been having loose bowel movements every morning for a few days now and this morning was no exception, but about an hour after lunch I noticed some cramping like I needed to go again, and it ended up getting really painful. I went and immediately started feeling sick afterwards, so I ended up throwing up too

Now I'm having some dull cramps and I just feel crap.. I wish I could have a sleep but I need to pick my daughters up from school in half an hour.

This better be the "clear out" and not a sickness bug, that's the last thing I need!! Anyone else feeling unwell today? Let's be miserable together

Could indeed be your clear out. I had a funny tummy last few days and have increased movements but were normal. What ive found is im having so much pressure, like if i bent over i feel like i need to go to bathroom but i dont lol
