it does sound like you have got piles hun if it is uncomfortable to sit down,

if you go the chemist and tell them you might have piles they will give you something to help eases the pain hun, but not alot you can do really to get rid of them faster.

drink plenty of water and eat lots of food with fibre but remember to drink as much water as well other wise you'll bung up but with the fibre and water it should help you go.

had them before hun i know how painful they can be.

the dr told me not to have hot hot baths cos it can make them worse. and to hold inbetween my viagrana and bum hole you will feel a lump to push that and it will take the pissure of your piles to help you go. cos the more you push the more it gets worse.

i just grin and beared it! i remember the fear of going to the toilet, i would be gripping the sink with the thought of the pain! did you get lactulose when you were in hospital? i found it a godsend, for me, taking it in the morning was best as i always needed to go in the evening and the stuff that had been in my system longest (sorry!) was always harder, so it softened it a bit. i gradually weaned myself off it a bit and it worked!

I just started eating the new Fiber Plus bars and they are awesome. 35% of the required amount of fiber and they are yummy. I've been having problems going for several years now and this is the best product I've come across for it.
