I haven't ever been infertile so I wouldn't know from that perspective.

But I suppose, as a reader, it wouldn't seem stereotypical. I think it would depend upon how it actually happened. Assisted? Natural? Etc.

I think if it was written that she didnt conceive then maybe any ladies reading it who are infertile might just see it as 'this is going to be me' sorta thing if that makes sense?

A reader who is having fertility issues may read it and relate to the main character so to have an ending where she would not conceive could be upsetting?

I dont really know, as I said, I am just assuming! Xxx

I just know there are times when a woman who is ttc really dosent want someone even a fictional characters bfp thrown in her face ! But yeah , i def see how if she didnt get preg in the end how it would be disheartening!
