i went and checked and the UK little lambs site doesnt ship to canada, i dont know the weight so cant check the postage for you

I wouldn't go for a fixed set anyway. There are always things which you don't need included, and you may find that they just don't fit, or you don't get on with the velcro, (which is quite wide on Little Lambs) or there is actually a better wrap than the one provided, better boosters fro somewhere else etc. I'd try out and make sure that everything included is actually the best for you, and that you need everything in the kit IYKWIM.
