That lovely big dolls house from Mothercare but I just can't justifying paying so much money for a dolls house!! Even with the 20% off today

Why do companies think its ok to charge stupid amounts of money on what is technically pieces of wood stuck together!!!

But even so I still want it lol

I know you have it marmaduke I drool everytime I see your pic of it lol the thing is she will be 3 come feb and so far she hasn't showed much interest in dolls in fact the only thing she shows interest in are her older brother and sisters IPads and Nintendos lol so I need to get her something to distract from computers and the only thing I can see for her age for roll play are kitchens or dolls house ( she has everything else)she already has the big step 2 kitchen dinner so thought it would be nice to get her the big house and the money wouldn't be an issue if I new for defo she would play with it but I don't want it to be an expensive dust gatherer lol so I need it to be cheaper then I won't mind so much lol

that is a good price, I have justified price of elc one due to my lo plays with dolls every day (even dh agreed and usually he would not want to spend that) I am probably going to wait till half term when usually put stuff down 50 %

Which dolls house are you going for Bex the Manor House or Annabelle dolls mansion?

am thinking manor house as slightly cheaper and there is not that much difference. Im going to look in smyths tomorrow as they are same houses (I think they are all kidkraft) but slightly different colours to see what LO likes. I do like the stairs better on the mansion but not enough to justify price difference

they do look so nice, I know my daughter will love it. I had a list of lots of cheaper things but think this and a few other things will actually be better for lo, she isn't overly interested in technology, its all about imagination. I do love the furniture though not looking forward to putting together

This one is lovely but it's not as tall as the other ones and I was in the same thinking as you to go for The Manor House instead of Annabelles Masion but when compering the dimentions the depth of the Manor House is only 17.5cm compared to Annabelles at 34cm even the Chad Valley one is 30cm so Im worried your not going to be able to fit a lot on each level iykwim!

I haven't built it yet, I was thinking of doing it later. I have already oopened the box and it is made from wood and does look good quality It's 114cm tall, 80cm wide and 30cm depth so quite big!! It is a good price but it has no furniture so might be worth spending more on one that comes with it. I've got to find some now!

This is a good size I did see this when I was there last week and maybe it was because I wasn't specifically looking for it but it didn't grab my attention or rock my boat iykwim lol I also think I prefer the girlie pink colours to this one which reminds me more of monster high colours!!!
