I am so very surprised to hear on this forum how many guys abstain for fear of hurting the baby. MY GOODNESS, some men actually think that way??? I thought they only had one thought all the time....sex!

Mine wouldn't even think of hurting the baby. He's just ready to go whenever and wherever.

We haven't had sex as much as we usually do because usually I'm so tired. The thing is, this may be a bit of an overshare but I never feel like it until we are doing it and then I think, 'Why don't I want to do it anymore?'

We still do it 2-3 times a week whereas in the first tri it was 1-2 times a week. When I had my bleed at 7 weeks I refused to have sex for a couple of weeks.

Although I get the, 'We never do it anymore' comments! DH is another one that doesn't worry that it'll hurt Beano. I always feel a bit stupid when we're having sex and all I can think of is if he's nudging my cervix too much

Last week he went out and had a few beers with his work acquaintance. He came home and was frisky, but I was in no mood. But that mood changed and I was thinking the same thing...why don't we do it more?

The next night, that thought went away. It was brief.

There was an article recently where I read the headline "Pastor Challenges People to Have Sex Every Night for a Month." Hmm, I thought I'd try it BUT that thought went too

I'll say that my partner has been seemingly resisting the sex since we found out we're pregnant (granted, only a week ago, but, considering we're the 4+ a week coupling couple its a little upsetting)

He's taken up snuggling and kissing my forehead and putting his hand on my belly for long periods of time and watching me sleep... which... is all well and good and I think he's a darling for appreciating what I'm doing with the whole carrying our child and all... but... I wouldn't mind if he came home and threw me on the bed... Its not like me or bubba will break if he did!

Also... very exciting! I was rather wrong about how far along my pregnancy was, there I was thinking it couldn't be more than a couple of weeks, but it'll be 6 weeks tomorrow! Much excitement!

Have you talked to him about it? Tell him that if he doesn't get it on now, you may not feel like it later in pregnancy and after the baby Perhaps that might scare him. LOL
