I'm only CD 16 and this is my first cycle following a miscarriage 6 weeks ago.
A follow up scan showed there was nothing retained, and a blood test 3 weeks after showed hcg had gone down to 25 and I continued testing out the hcg with pregnancy tests until they were negative.

On December 20 AF arrived. It only lasted 2 1/2 days and was on the light side. We BD on CD 3 and 4 IIRC, maybe 4 and 5 though, and then I spotted a tiny bit for a couple days, and again a few days later. I never get spotting.

I've been waiting for ovulation cramps for a few days since I typically ovulate between CD 11 and 16 and always feel it, but I have only bee experiencing twinges in my uterus and a few times have had an unshakable feeling that I'm pregnant. When my latest batch of pregnancy tests arrived yesterday I felt compelled to use one just on the very slight chance AF wasn't AF but IB or breakthrough bleeding but instead of seeing either a stark white test or a dark pink line which would have either indicated that I was crazy to poas on CD 15 or that I was actually about 6 weeks pregnant, a third option I hadn't even considered showed up making me feel I must really be delusional.

Within the time frame as the test was drying an incredibly faint but pink line showed up. :saywhat:
I couldn't catch it on my cheap camera. My crappy phone camera did show *something* on a couple of pics. I took another test this morning with fmu and there's a slightly darker line than yesterday. Still incredibly hard to see on photo but what do you think? top test yesterdays, bottom test todays.

I know MC can mess with cycles and while pretty rare its not entirely unheard of to ovulate within days of period ending but I have no idea what to think.

It definitely could have been implantation bleeding. Studies have shown that fertility in women can be higher immediately following a mc. It has something to do with increased progesterone levels from the previous pregnancy. It's not 100 percent accurate but I would not rule it out.
I see a very faint line on those tests. Cheapies aren't the most reliable so I'd try a FRER. FX for the result you want, hun! Sorry for your loss. :hugs:

On that second test I see a shadow of something! Not sure on colour or anything, but something is catching my eye.

you could be newly pregnant as after a mc ovulation could be messed up and you could have ovulated early but i only see a shadow on the ic could be evaps ? test again in a few days x

I've taken 3 more tests (5 total now) and all have faint lines that do look to have colour to them that came up within the time limit so is doubt evaps.
Will test again with fmu and then skip a couple days and use a better test.

Hi! after my second mc I followed hcg down to below 10 using hpts..a week after my hpts turned negative I ovulated and that cycle gave me my daughter! No bleeding in between. After my third mc I once again tracked hcg down and surprise surprise as expected I ov only a week after hpts turned negative before af arrived. I can't see the lines but you might as well be pg!

I see the lines on both good luck hun.

Yes must have been a seriously faulty batch of tests as I got a clear negative yesterday.

Boo! I wanted a positive for you! Are you using opks? I can't remember.

Not this month. When I do have them I just use them to confirm ovulation based on other signs anyway so I feel I have a god handle on knowing I've ovulated without. The last four times I ovulated I just took one test each month when I thought I was ovulating and bam test lines as dark as control each time.
