I shouldnt complain really as at least he gets paid paternety at full rate, which employers dont have to do. At least now they are talking about getting a freelancer in to cover afterall as even his two weeks paternety will now clach with the other guys holiday. Its just they are IIP accredited and ment to have this whole work life balance ethos, its just some departments choose to ignore this. At the end of the day he gets lots of holiday leave, full family health cover, consolidated hours and lots of other perks, its just I feel a bit pressured from them to get on with things like Im an inconvenience to their work sheduling. At least they pay us £150 each time we pop a sprog out!
