When do you get LO up out of their cot from day naps?

Do you wait for them to start grizzling or do you go as soon as you hear them wake up and get them up?

I leave him until he moans, same in his cot as he often wakes up and has a bit of a play.

Ill leave LO for a while if theyre looking content. I want her to learn that its ok to be left without me for a little bit. But if shes a bit fussy Ill pick her up and see whats wrong :)

Ruby usually starts whinging / shouting within a minute or so! haha

I leave him until he starts making a fuss. I'm normally running around catching up on house work so its nice that he's happy to play by himself for a little while!

I leave him until he gets shouty and lets me know he wants up, usually. I definitely leave him in the mornings as he usually poops after he's had a sleep and if I get him straight up, he doesn't get a chance and ends up doing it later when I'm trying to feed him or something.

i leave her.. specially in the morning :laugh2: if she's happily playing then i'm happily sleeping ha x

I'll leave him be until he gets lippy, hehe. In the mornings I take all the sleep I can get (even though I'm awake enough to listen to him chattering to his plushies).

I finally came to get him yesterday afternoon because we had the health visitor coming and he had been up for an hour just playing in his cot. When I walked in, he was standing at the side and giggling. Fine by me though if he's happy to stay there without me for a bit.

I pick her up straight away. Im probably making a rod for my own back lol x

I go get Katie when she starts shouting Hiya at the top of her lungs. Bout 5 mins.

V xxxx

i usually leave her for a little while if i'm in the middle of something (which i usually am! lol). when she's fed up, she'll complain at me, but she's often happy for 10-15 mins after a nap.
