Just want to say thank you all for your messages (and thanks for updating me shona )
can happily say... i am back at home!! but in bed and that's pretty much where i have to stay. But Shauns fine, should be ok in there for another 7 weeks or so, had a course of steriods to strengthn his lungs incase he does decide to make an early appearance, but FX'd he waits until i'm AT LEAST 37 weeks.
Anyways, it was all really random, woke up to a really heavy period amount of blood, no pains, just loads of blood. Managed to cover an entire bath towel in blood in about 2 minutes. It was the most scary thing that's ever happened to me They took me to the delivery suite when we got to the hospital (by ambulance) and i remained there the rest of the day on monitoring. Bleeding slowed down a bit, and got moved onto maternity, still on monitoring. Shaun appears to be completely fine, was happily kicking the monitor on my belly showing off to all the doctors and midwives hehe.
Still don't know where the blood came from, at first they thought my placenta had ruptured, but after examinations they're pretty sure it didn't. They said we may never know what caused the bleed, just hopefully it doesn't come back!!!!
Thank you for all your lovely messages. xoxox

I just love how he doesn't seem to have a clue anything even happened, happily kicking about like normal, giving me a few digs in my ribs and kicking my bladder like normal
