I'm New Here

Hi Y'all! We aren't new to trying, we've been going through this for about 8 years now. We've been pregnant many times, but yet we still have no living children. Now, with all that being said...I am very new to this site, and I have no idea what all the acronyms mean. So as I was reading through some of the post, it was kinda like trying to read a foreign language. So if anyone could take a minute and maybe give me a few hints and pointers. That would be GREAT and I would really appreciate it.
Also, I just finished a round of fertility treatments, and am now waiting on what seems like the never ending wait until you can take a pregnancy test. So maybe say a little prayer for us, ( and not just that i'm pregnant, but that it's in my uterus.)

DH= Dear husband
BFP= Big fat positive
BFN= Big fat negative
BD= Baby dance
AF= Aunt flo

not sure about oh or ntnp.
