im no doctor, but... pg 85!

It's weird that it's brown though, brown usually means old. Is this what you usually get?
xoxox

Um I think its usually tan or a darkish red color if I have any a lot of times it just comes like full flow

I believe AF is here! Having cramps now and just wiped and it was light red! So this would be cd1 right even though its 7:30pm here?

Reason I ask is because i'm doing the soy on cd 3 (and i'm taking it before bedtime) so that would mean i should start taking it friday night, right? Since Friday would bd cd3!

My fertility specialist told me its only Cd 1 if its a heavy flow before 5 pm.... but that's just my doctor

My Re said anything before 4 pm is considered cd1 but after that should be counted on the next day as cd1

Yep today will be cycle 1 it has too be full flow for cd 1 :D xxx

Cd 1 is the first full day of flow...so if you start at night, cd 1 is the following morning.

So I'm no doctor but I'm going to diagnose myself anyway! Ive always had an issue with headaches my whole life (its been checked several times never find anything. Wrong) well headaches are blood clots in brain so the cycle of my chemical I thought what the heck ill take a baby asprin once a day maybe it'll help me get pregnant and help with headaches. I also used progesterone cream and what do ya know I got pregnant. Well I thought it was progesterone cream that helped so last cycle tried that again didn't work. So I was doing some research about soy and randomly found something that said something about the asprin and a light bulb went off! That was what I did different! So now I'm so freaking excited about this cycle because of the soy and asprin and my birthday and christmas I just feel this cycle is it!

Lemme tell you I agree!!! previous to taking baby aspirin even with soy I was ovulating cd20+ .... baby aspirin is part of my protocol for high nk cells.... so I take it every day, I'm also taking co enzyme q10 pre bfp 300mg and took soy cd 2-6... low and behold I ovulated on CD 10 and caught!!! I truly believe that it was the aspirin and q10 that helped that good healthy early ov!!! good luck!

Ive seen alot of ladies talk of nothing but good with Aspirin/baby aspirin!! and also, taking 1 aspirin a day helps blood clotting disorders.

My granda had a quadruple heart by pass and after surgery hes took 1 aspirin a day, to stop his heart from clogging up... a few years later he suffered a TIA, it like a mini stroke and the doctors said that aspirin had prevented it from being a full blown stroke!!!

There is also alot of heart disease in my partners family and so there all take a aspirin a day, so that there hearts dont get clogged up!...

It certainly wont hurt if anything will benefit your body! :)

but be wary with takin aspirin maybe speak too your docter it can cause internal bleeding i have takin it b4 and after 7 days on it i had brusies everywhere debating weather to take it again tbh xx

Headaches are not caused by blood clots in the brain.... Strokes are caused by blood clots in the brain. Headaches are caused by vascular constriction and dilitation...If you were having clots in your brain that would be pretty serious.

I would make sure the aspirin is okay with your doctor. I've seen many women here take it and go onto have healthy pregnancies after mc's and LTTTC. A low dose 81mg would be sufficient I believe. I don't think you need a full 325mg dose. As Betty said it can cause internal bleeding and bruising. I've read good things about soy as well! I hope your next cycle brings your Christmas bfp!! :)

I agree baby aspirin might be best the 81mg...but I'd first speak to the doctor and have tests ran first before doing that....just an opinion ;) :hugs: hopefully you figure it out soon :) :hugs:

Baby aspirin is recommended once daily for people of all ages, unless you have a medical bleeding issue.

Baby aspirin can help keep you from having a heart attack [at least that's what all the Bayer commercials say!!]

What is co enzyme q10?

Never heard of it!

it is a baby asprin 81mg. Nothing more than that. It wont harm me. My family has heart issues as well. My grandmother had heart surgery a few years ago. I've been seen for my headaches and they can't find anything wrong they tell me to take tylenol for it. So I don't think asprin will cause any harm. Its not like I'm taking the whole bottle.

stucki- Here is something on q10:

https://www.livestrong.com/article/370907-coenzyme-q10-and-fertility/

It's basically a substance in your cells that declines with age. Some studies show that taking suppliments will improve your egg quality.

Also, you might want to look into fish oil capsules.

Why do Reproductive Immunology patients take Fish Oil?

A few of fish oil's cited benefits for Reproductive Immunology patients:

1. Decreases Natural Killer cell activity
2. Improves neural and cognitive development of the fetus in utero
3. Reduces risk of preterm delivery
4. Improves baby's birth weight
5. Reduces risk of pre-eclampsia
6. Reduces miscarriage risk in +APA patients
7. Possibly improves the quality of cycles
8. Possibly improves fertility
9. Reduces incidence of gestational diabetes
10. While breast feeding, dietary fish oil increases DHA content in
breast milk which can increase baby's IQ (in fact, many baby formulas
now adding DHA)
11. Possibly increases serotonin levels
12. Lowers insulin levels
13. Reduces the incidence of depression
14. Inexpensive
15. Over-the-counter
16. Recommended by many Reproductive Immunologists

Here are some side effects reported from Reproductive Immunology patients:

1. Increased lining development/increased menstrual flow
2. Increased egg white cervical mucus at ovulation
3. "Stronger" ovulations (more definitive symptoms/more ovulation
pain)
4. Reduction of NK activity and number on the NK assay (some say
significant).
5. Increased fertility (ie. "surprise" pregnancies)
