I'm pregnant again?

Sorry I don't know where this thread fit better.
My OH and I are using condoms to prevent a baby but I'm not confident with this method and I don't have a period yet.
I have mild cramps but my period doesn't shows up. So I'm getting worried about being pregnant again. Should I do a test?
My baby is 11 weeks 2 days old. I breastfeed full time.

Breastfeeding can stop your periods from coming. Test to put your mind at ease but it sounds normal!

When I breastfed, I remember skipping my period/having really long times in between cycles. And I didn't even use any type of prevention to not become pregnant. (which was stupid of me because I had a c-section).
