I really feel it depends where you are and who you get. I felt/feel completely let down by my treatment in my first labour and birth and aftercare but i know there are some brilliant people within the NHS so im not slating it as a whole. Maybe just my area? Not 1 single woman in my NCT antenatel group had a natural birth!
