i woke up at 4.20 am this morning and had to run straight to the loo to be sick. i stopped being sick about 4.45 am and managed to go back to sleep, only to wake up again at 5:15 to be sick yet again. then i woke up every hour till about mid-day to be sick 
OH had to take Riley to his mums on his way to work because there is no way i could cope with throwing up every hour. its still going on, but its gotten less frequent since about mid-day, the only problem is that theres nothing left to bring up, its all just heaving. i've pulled a muscle in my rib, back & throat and i have the worst headache in the world because of it. but i cant take any tablets because it just makes me wanna throw up again! 
i havent felt this sick in YEARS i hate it!!!
