A previa at this stage isn't much to worry about, you have absolutely ages for it to grow upwards as your uterus does and the vast majority do. Don't worry about it. Also it's not common for a titled uterus to pose any major problems, not least warranting a hysterectomy! Ignore people's scary stories, they're usually one in a million cases...
