I have just realised I have accidentally been taking hubbies Wellman conception vitamins, for some reason I had slotted them both in the women's packet and they are both in the same purple packet!!

Is there anything in there harmful to pregnant women?! I don't have a packet to check 😢😢😢

I don't know whats in conception vitamins but I haven't heard of any vitamins being harmful.

Yea I just thought maybe with them being for men, there could be something in that you wouldn't find in a supplement for pregnant women lol but it's done now hopefully no harm done, stupid woman I am lol x

I wouldn't have thought there would be anything in there that would do any harm, my only thinking is that maybe there are higher levels of certain vitamin in the mens.. maybe?

Just a guess, but the difference is probably the men's vitamins lack iron and less folic acid.
