This morning when I woke up, I forgot all about it. At about 6.30am I had a class of chocolate milk
My appointment with the doctor wasn't until 1:30, and we did my bloodwork at 2 o'clock. However, I am worried about the chocolate milk affecting it.
All I had besides the chocolate milk was a bowl of plain cheerios. My doc gave me a paper with directions on it and it said that the day of the test I should avoid extremely sweet foods.. "like pancakes with syrup, sweetened cereal, tea, fruit juice, candy bars, coke, etc". However, I drink chocolate milk 2-3 times a day.. it's my drink of choice so how much do you think it would affect it?!
