In pain

My LO sometimes wakes up in the night to feed, sometimes doesn't. I'm guessing my supply fluctuates with him BUT today my left boob. Ow. Despite him nursing and me massaging it is rock solid and SORE.

If its like this tomorrow I'm going the doctors, but anything I can do? Anyone had this 10 months in???

cold compress to help the swelling, it may be engorgmnt but tbh sounds like mastitus if its not better with nursing x

Pants. Thought that might be the case. Will try a cold compress and some pumping when he's asleep. Hopefully it is and goes away!!!

there is also cabbageleaves, put em in ur bra straight from fridge,

when i had engorgement i used cabbage in my bra then when i needed to nurse i removed them and put them on an ice pack, also had a hot cloth to massage my breasts before feed to relax the muscle and wipe away cabbage smell and taste.
