Incapacity Benefit and Maternity Pay

Am I right, does anyone know, that I wouldn't be entitled to anything extra on getting pregnant because I'm on Incapacity Benefit and not working?

Yes. We wouldn't be entitled to anything maternity pay-wise, though my OH would be entitled to a couple of weeks paternity pay and we possibly should be getting council tax benefit!

as he is working didnt it say you would be entitled to working tax credits and child tax benefit
i did that form and did it like i had a child already and it came up with those
