Insanity dvd

Hiya girls, I was just wondering if anyone's tried this?
My mums got me the 60 day insanity set as a birthday present as it was £100 so couldn't justify spending that amount on myself so close to xmas. (so not got it until my bday next week)
I'm really excited to try it and really hoping it works . Although it would probably be best if I wait until the Christmas period is over to try it out xx

It's fab. My hubby does it and he's got a 6 pack now

It's hard going but if your dedicated and stick to it, you'll look fab.

You do ideally need a good level of fitness, but even if you haven't you can do it at your own pace and build up

Oooo thanks. I'm excited now. My fitness is crap since becoming pregnant but I'm stubborn so I'll work my bum off & hope I get somewhere lol x

There's no progression so for example, you are expected to be able to do full push ups and their variations right from the off.

I've done it before and I'm planning to do it again after my juice fast ends next week. The last time I did it, I got AMAZING results. I'm really looking forward to this second round & now I have a partner! Do it! It's a great program.
