InstAlert IC tests - are they reliable?

Morning,

Just as the title says, does anyone find these reliable? I have been using them for a few days. I am pretty sure I am out this month (bad hip pains, lower back ache which I always get pre AF ) but these tests show a really faint thin line within 10 mins. Has anyone else used these and found this? I am sure they are evap lines. xx

Aww,thank you for your reply. I haven't got a camera that works at the moment though...plus I have used all 25 of them in the past week. Some have these thin lines, some don't. I am due AF tday or tomorrow.
