Internal scan

Evening All

I went this morning for a early scan after having a previous miscarriage in May 2014

I am roughly 6 weeks 2 days .

They performed an internal scan and shown the sac and the heart was fluttering but they were not sure so got to go back for another scan next Saturday.

The scan was really painful a lot of prodding about. When she removed the probe there was some pink blood. Since then I have had a lite pink discharge which has now turned brown?

I am so scared do you think this is from the internal ?

Yeah I wouldn't worry, it was probably from all the prodding around, especially since you said it hurt. Hugs, hang in there, seeing the heartbeat is a great sign!

It's just tinged in the mucus now so hopefully it will stop soon I get so worried! Xx

Yes, I would say that the blood is from the internal scan. Sometimes they are so rough

Glad it's all clear! And yes probably from the scan, it's actually quite common, sometimes they have to be rough to get a good view, especially so early on. I'm sure when you go back it will be easier and you will see a good view of baby!
