Hi im Liz, Im 26 and OH is 24 been together 5 years and married for nealy 9 months. This is our 3rd month trying but AF due any day so soon be onto our 4th. Hoping its soon i know its not really been that long but feel like its been ages, starting to get really impatient lol x

I am 28, 29 in a few months, married for one year. we were "kind of" ttc for about 5-6 months when I got BFP first months using opks but sadly it ended in miscarriage. I am now on my first cycle since mc and raring to go!

I say kind of ttc as we were just not preventing but I wasn't 100 percent sure if I was timing it right although I more than likely timed it right about 3-4 of those months. I am hoping it will happen a little quicker this time.

Hi everyone! I'm 29, hubby is 28. We have been together 6 yrs, but are newly TTC - recently married in Oct, bought our first home, and I finished grad school last Dec and have been at my job a year. Now we feel we are at a solid point in our lives. So happy to have found this site last month, and even happier to have found a special place for those of us TTC #1.

I just turned 24, hubby is 31. We married last summer in August, and been actively trying since October - so this is month 6 for us...I'm very irregular, so it's extra hard to get this ttc journey going, but we're not giving up
to everyone, and looking forward to announcements from all of you soon

I feel exactly the same, only been off the pill since beg of March so in my first cycle and at the moment me and OH have been very busy as im in my fertile period at the mo, I hoping and praying I get lucky first time but in the back of my mind I no that might not happen. The thought of our journey lasting more than a couple of months scares me even though I no I cant do anything about it..

I can totally relate! I thought we'd easily get a BFP the first time, but now we're on our 3rd month of trying. Witch got me yesterday. So i hope this month will finally be the big fat have fun TTC!

I know! I thought it wouldn't be a problem at all, seeing how my friend got her on the very first try, never mind first month! - oh well, some journeys are longer than others, it's the end result that matters!

Hi! I'm 28, as is DH, and we're been together nearly 12 years, married for nearly 5. We've been busy with university and careers, but have decided that it's time to stop putting off TTC and get on with it! We're so excited, but we're keeping it secret from our family and friends, so this forum is a lifesaver as I'm a bit of an overthinker and I need some venting space!

Hi Everyone! So excited this Forum is now open! I'm 24 and TTC #1. My DH is also 24 and also very excited to finally see a BFP on a HPT. AF was supposed to arrive for me today so I need to wait a few more days to test and we shall see what happens. This will be month #5 of trying for us... So we are starting to get super anxious.

I thought it would be nice if we all introduced ourselves seeing as we are all in the same boat and trying for our first baby!

I have just turned 28 years old and my husband is 32 this year. We have been married for five years now, but I never felt ready for a baby. It shocked the hell out of me when I suddenly felt the time had come! But when it did, it came with a real bang.

I came off the pill (Cileste) in January 2011 and had the regular withdrawal bleed. I then had a 28 day cycle but my husband was away for most of this period. The first true cycle we tried (February) was 25 days and I started spotting at 6 DPO which was pretty gutting. So this is the second cycle we have been actively trying.

I am not holding out much hope for this month though because I have had the craziest couple of weeks with work and just not had the time to follow my cycle. I think I ovulated sometime on Wednesday, but as I didn't really test properly, I cannot be sure. Also, because of the lack of awareness, we only Saturday evening, Tuesday evening and Thursday morning

hey my name is leah, im 26 and my oh is 26 also, weird getting married in next couple of months which is awesome, i have wanted a baby since about a year ago and it was then i decided to come off the injection hence it taking my body so long to get a ntural rythem again. This month is our first month of using both the CBFM and preseed and am currently on 11 dpo, the suspense is killing me, my body is doing awful things to me, presenting me with symtoms but it did this last time and i was really gutted when AF shown up so im trying so hard to ignore these, this time.

I had my coil out with month so not sure if we are going to be lucky I have only one tube but my opk's came back positive for 3 days (lighter this morning than the last two days)

Hi all - I'm 34, OH is 31 and we have been TTC #1 since I came off the Cileste pill in December (cycle #3). My cycles are still stablising so am trying to not get my hopes up as the last couple have been a roller coaster. I seem to have a short luteal phase and lots of spotting prior to AF. Am determine not to stress about it as it is not long since I came off the pill but every now and then those thoughts creep in....!

Am on cd15 and am just waiting to ovulate Last month I O'd on cd19 so hoping for that positive opk in the next few days.

Hi Kyisha, I see this was your first post so you probably don't realise, but this forum is just for those of us trying to conceive our first child. I do hope you are able to get pregnant soon though, but you'll get a lot more support on your journey in the general TTC forum.

Hi all! I'm Beca! I'm 22. I've been married to Gareth, 26, for a year on April 7th and we've been ttc number 1 since March 27th 2010, which is when I came off bcp Microgynon 30 after 3 years! I'm currently on CD 66 with no sign of AF, but my periods have been completely screwed up since I finished with bcp! If I've had no luck in the next couple of months the doctor said she'll start investigations!

Hey all! I have been on BnB for ages and this is our 14th cycle! We have been refered to FS so got to wait and see what they say! I am not ovulating so think that is the big problem we have ( well hoping that DH swimmers are ok! Waiting for results at min).
I am 30 and DH is 33 so we really want to get this sorted soon! Been married for 1year 7 months but been together for 9 years on 3rd April just wanted to wait till we were settled and ready but think we may have left it too long!)

Hello everyone! Im verity and im 26 almost 27, my DH is 40 and we are ttc no1. been trying for 2 years now.....
had blood tests and DH has had SA but not actually been referred yet which is annoying to say the least!
I have very irregular cycles though s o that doesnt help as I don't think I alsways ovulate either!
Currently Iam temping, doing cb opks, using preseed and taking wellwoman conception, selenium and agnus castus. DH on various things too!
Im please today as I got my first smiley face on a cb ov stick since starting to use them! yay! currently on cd 21. iam now entering the 2ww!

Hi everyone! I'm Katy and am also ttc #1. I was on the implant for a year and I conceived twice whilst on it. The first I miscarried in october 2010 and the second was twins which I miscarried early this month. My OH and me decided to try for #1 after losing the twins as it was so devastating for us. I had the implant removed 3 weeks ago and am waiting for my cycle to regulate.

Hey guys, I'm Bella.. My husband and I have been together two years, married for one in two weeks, and we've been ttc since January of 10, when I came off NuvaRing. I used to have very regular cycles but not anymore, and unless I take provera, my period never comes so my DR thinks I am not ovulating. She ordered a huge ammount of blood work on March 22nd, plus a semen analysis for my hubby. If all is right and I am just not ovulating, then she is going to consider Clomid when I go back on April 5th. This is crazy,I'm only 21 and I feel sick when I see 14, 15, 16 yr olds, including my stepsisters and its sooooo easy for them.... jealousy sucks too =(. Thanks guys
