Fine! Just avoid tuna in brine as it's salty, sunflower oil is much better.

Tuna is very strong so beware of the screwy up face. It took 3 times for Evan to eat it

Its fine from 6 months but as frecklenear says tuna in brine is high in salt. You can also buy tuna in spring water which is better than in brine but not sure how it compare to the sunflower oil

I gave my lo some tuna from a can in spring water with some skinned and chopped tomatoes cooked with a bit of butter and cheese mixed with a bit of baby pasta...he loved it x
