I have started retaining water and the midwife has said I need to drink more water in a day. My problem is I hate water!! I can drink squash by the pint, I know it might not be as "healthy" but will drinking squash do?

I have a feeling this needs to be in our "UK ladies O/T?" thread... what is drinking squash? In the US, "squash" is a vegetable that most of us don't even bother to eat cause it's too much work. (LOL)

I think as long as you're getting a good amount of non-caffeineated beverage per day, you're OK.
