Ok so for a couple of weeks now I have been noticing that Daisy's nose looked orange, I have on many occasion tried to wash whatever it was off, as I seen it more in her bath at night.... after dinner, so I thought it was her dinner!
Plus the light in our bathroom is alot brighter so I tended to see it more clearly.
Turns out I was wrong! Aparently it is because there is so much carrots in her diet and it is dying her nose orange!
I looked it up online and saw that it is the ingredient Beta-Carotene, which is in carrots, and because babies love the taste so much it is in alot of baby food.
Her favourite food turns out to be....... you guessed it, carrots!!!
If you take it out of their diet it disappears in a few days, but also goes away when babies start to get more lumpy foods.
It does no harm atall, and carrots are really good for babies.
Don't know if I have the heart to stop Daisy's most favourite food, might just need to look at her cute wee orange nose a bit longer!
Here's a couple of pics!
