Is it possible to be getting morning sickness already?

I'm only 7dpo, however I'm not sure when I actually ovulated. I got a very faint line on a test yesterday morning and a little darker this morning. However, I've been nauseous for two days. Is it possible to have morning sickness assuming it's the hcg this early? My tests are so faint I wouldn't think there would be enough hcg to make me sick

I don't know for sure but I had a chemical and then when I was pregnant with my daughter a couple of days before I got a bfp I felt horribly sick but just for less then a day it was very odd but happened both times so presuming it was to do with pregnancy :-/ good luck!
