Is there an 8 week growth spurt?

I'm hoping s so, as Mickey was going 5/6 hours at night but is now back to three hourly from start of feed to start of feed. I know a lot of mums would be happy with this but it is a step back for us.
So, is there a growth spurt at 8 weeks? Is that what this is? X

I think so, at that point LO was feeding close to every hour in the daytime and several times at night.
