Hopefully it won't come to this for me but I'm the "research and be prepared" type.
I have an Anthem EPO plan (essentially a PPO)
It says that they cover 50% of fertility treatment and testing with no deductible and a $10 co-payment, but that Artificial Insemination and IVF are NOT covered. So what is actually covered..? Is this a good plan..?
OMG how weird.. literally some co-workers are talking about insurance as I finished typing this.. but I don't know what procedure they are talking about..
