Is this normal?

I am 23 weeks and since Monday I have been feeling very tired, weak, sick and shakey on and off all day since. I am also quite sore across the bottom of my belly when I'm walking or moving but don't know if that's to do with my SPD. Also had about 4 nose bleeds in the past 2 weeks and headaches on and off.

Does this sound normal or should I be giving the midwife a call? X

I know that the nose bleeds and headaches are very common as for the weak and shakey I have this as well and mine is due to low blood pressure, check with the midwife just to make sure all is well

It could be a touch of flu, but I would recommend speaking to your MW -- are you eating regularly, getting regular rest, etc? It could be just pure exhaustion as well...
