Is this positive ?

Hi I am in cd 21 my cycles for the past year have been

44 days
37 days
37 days
67 days
34 days then last cycle was
84 days

So started testing twice a day from cd17. I testing using first morning urine today and got what I think is positve. What do you think?

Did the test line develop as fast as the control line? I've had a few before that ended up being the same color after 2-3minutes but a true positive the test line will show almost immediately
