Is this really a girl?

So I was convinced I'm having a girl but someone said they see a protrusion in there and I should be wary to think girl. What do you all think ladies? I didn't see any hint of testicals or penis during my scan but now after someone said that they're making me doubt everything.

I watched the dvd they gave me and couldn't see any boy bits, so if it's a boy he's a very unfortunate little guy hehe. I haven't bought anything though (well 2 onesis) but I'll wait until my anatomy scan at 21 weeks to confirm.
