Me and OH/FOB moved back in with with our parents not long after LO was born due to the house we were living in, in 2011 and I claimed IS. He lost his job in 2012 and claimed JSA from then on and is looking for 34+ hours.
How would I go about a joint claim? Can I join his claim with him being the main claimant without losing time with the application processes for money reasons, or do we have to start again from putting in a whole new claim? Also what sort of time space shall I give before applying for the JSA claim?
We've found a place to rent (privately) and is available now. We have a viewing on 14th. We will receive help from HB/DSS too. So if we get the house when's the best time to apply for that too?
