Quick question.
DH just brought home 4 cream cakes from Tesco. I so want one! But it doesn't say on the box if the cream is pasteurised!!!! Its listed as "whipping cream". Any ideas people?
TIA!

Usually would be, I think it's quite difficult to find unpasgurised dairy products. I'd eat the cake and not worry about it.
Enjoy your treat

Since it's store bought and not used right away, it pretty much has to be pasturized. I've been going nuts about store bought caesar dressing as well, but it's perfectly fine. It's the home made stuff and things that get used right away that you have to be careful about.,
