been a long time since I posted on here. was a regular when pregnant with my middle and youngest child. have 4 kids. boy 7, girl 3 and boy 2. I have never ever stuck to a diet more than 2 days and I drink rose wine by the gallon
, but a miracle has happened. I have been on a calorie counting diet since Monday, this will be my 5th day and I have gone from 12st5lb to 11st11lb
im using digital scales and wondering how accurate are they? im weighing myself every morning but sometimes I can step on 5 minutes later and can vary ever so slightly? also need a diet buddy. GL everyone x
