IUI assesment help??? URGENT HELP FREAKING OUT!!!

hey all we got a letter to tell us we were at the top of the list for IUI treatment, we were put on the list almost a year ago after everything else failed and found out i only have one tube etc (see my tag for list of problems) anyways we got the letter and appointment etc and with them they have "Welfare of the Child: patient history forms" does anyone had to do these? we're based in Glasgow, i am freaking out about them, we answered no to all but one question which was about health conditions etc, i personally have EDS/Hypermobitility syndrome and my OH has OCD (both minor and controlled) so wouldn't get in the way with future children, i already have a son from another relationship and he has some extra needs but nothing major and we have never had any issues with him where we have needed medical/social service imput etc....

anyways should i worry about this what does this mean? it says on the other side where the doctor right "reason for rejection" will/can we be rejected? i feel sooo worried and hopeless

Hi lynne, don't worry, we all get one of those forms. I cant think that any of those problems you described would be reason not to let you have iui so please relax about it. Good luck with it xx

thanks i really hope you are right we have the SA test on thursday before we even get offered IUI and thats after the form etc too i really hope they can't rejected us for some stupid reason

got out SA appointment tomorrow so these forms need to be handed in then then i am sure we will need to make an appointment to see our RE before we are offered the IUI fully?

does anyone know what other tests other than SA they will do?

thanks was there this morning find out at 2pm what they say about swimmers then need to go for counciling so not looking forward to that but least we're getting there. on train home from clinic and tired as hell. for unknow reasons my dear son woke me at 2am,3am,4am then took over my side of the bed so not slept much and OH was jackass this morning cause i had to wake him to get his swimmers. so not happy or even half alive my MIL is watching the wee man this morning and soo hoping he goes for a nap before nursery so i can crash for 5mins if someone was on train with me would sleep now.
