Jayden-Lee Got weighed today

Hiya jayden is 5 months in 3 days i got him weighed today and he weighs (17lb) and i got him weighed 2 weeks ago and he weighed (15lb 9 1/2oz)

The question is do you think hes the right weight for his age?
&
Is that normal to put on that much within 2 weeks??

Sounds like he's doing well! Babies gain at different rates, and he could have just gone through a growth spurt. I know sometimes we get Hannah weighed and she's put on over a pound in a few weeks, other times she's only gained a few ounces.

I totally agree with Vickie - some babies are born heavier than others. Tristan was a big baby at nearly 10 pounds and he is now about 11 pounds and he is only 7 weeks old. There are some babies that are that age and yet to reach 9 pounds and some babies that are much bigger - so everyone is different. If a baby is way overweight or underweight, the health visitor would definately discuss it with the mum. I am sure your baby is fine for his age.
