Anyone watched her videos? I found then the other day and watched them all and I loved what she has to say! I can relate so much!
I'm not willing to completely give myself over to hunger directed eating just yet, but if my current exercise and eating right plan doesn't go right I think I'll try that next. It makes so much sense!!
