How is everyone? It's mother's day here in the UK, such a bitter sweet day for so many. Feeling very grateful to have both my babies and my Mum in my life. Big love and hugs to anyone who finds today difficult xxxx
All OK here love just getting ready to go to work, my kids have begged me not to go but we need pennies lol been feeling baby move a little bit more now aswell which is a little reassuring xx
Not doing anything today apart from wallowing in my pit. My mother passed unexpectedly and just before Christmas so we’ve had her birthday, now Mother’s Day without her and I feel a deep sense of loss, grief and heartbreak. It’s also a kick in the teeth that we hadn’t told anyone about the pregnancy and she’ll never meet our baby. SPD is also kicking my butt and flared up again so I really don’t intend on doing much at all. There’s no point.
Jess have you ever been to a chiro? I'm seeing mine this week for maintenance and im going to ask her to tape my hips for support
@Jess0685 I am so sorry things have been so hard lately for you. And that the appointment didn't go as planned. Those panic attacks sound horrid, but stay strong. You got this momma. You are strong and your baby is strong. -xxx-
Because getting married in 8 days and giving birth in 16-17 weeks wasn’t enough…. We’re definitely having puppies. It’s just typical, she gets pregnant after me, yet is going to give birth before me. Lucky girl. Turns out this ultrasound machine is coming in rather handy. We think she’ll have 5-6 puppies and she’s already half way there.
@Jess0685 Oh I love a Bichon! I have a Bichon x Parsons Jack Russel (and a lab) he's the most emotionally intuitive dog I've ever known! 24 weeks tomorrow, feels like a such a milestone!
Awww all these fur babies I have a retired greyhound and she is the laziest thing ever lol xx Oh 24 weeks tomorrow lovely sounds so food doesn't it, I'm 22 weeks today xx
23 weeks today Was sick last night and then again this morning. I’ve burst blood vessels in my face I’ve been sick that hard. This time next week I’ll be married. Eeek! I hope I don’t spew at the wedding!
Aww I am loving these puppy pics @Jess0685 Please post puppy pics when they arrive!! @MrsLux Beautiful little Mr! and 24 weeks IS a big milestone!! congrats! @Jess0685 sorry you've been sick I re-started too two days ago, and not sure why. Was really loving the non-vomiting part of pregnancy. Here is a pic of our furbaby. He'll be a year in two weeks.
I know right!! Seems almost impossible he'll be a year. I keep telling myself, if it has flown by this fast for a dog...it'll be worst with my second son. HAHA
Hi everyone, sorry been so absent here lately. Work and life has taken over a bit. I'm working towards promotion at the moment and life is just busier than ever! @Jess0685 sorry things are so hectic at the moment, weddings are a stressful enough without being pregnant and pups on the horizon! You my friend are wonder woman! Aso incase I don't get to come on here again for a while or forget (baby brain) Best of luck and I hope your day is magic for you @MrsLux 24 weeks is amazing isn't it. I always love V Day. It's like they're finally recognised as a baby and it's almost a sigh of relief. Hope all you other ladies are well? SPD and achey hips are still here - I think we all know that it's not going anywhere now. I feel ginormous already! Definitely about the same size at 24 weeks as I was at 30 with my 2nd! Popped right out. On the bright side we're seeing and feeling lots of kicks now which is just the best (when it's not on my bladder lol). Take care everyone! X
@angelbump nice to hear from you don't worry about not keeping up life gets in the way sometimes and yey for a promotion that's amazing xx Afm I'm feeling him here and there but not consistent makes me a tad nervous at times tho hope everyone is doing OK apart from pains and aches, we all wished to be pregnant and now we are we moan about pains and stuff xx
